I'm here to post my thoughts on foods I've eaten, restaurants I've visited and wine I've drunk.
Service for me is an important aspect for me and I'll hold no punches, be it a 3 Michelin Star or a greasy spoon.
My day job is drilling and filling as I am actually a Dentist!
I'm also passionate about bringing my own wine to restaurants and paying corkage as I dislike paying ridiculous mark ups. I have no problem paying a fair price but not if it's 200% or even 300%.
As the great B.A. Baracus once said, "I ain't getting' in no plane fool".
